This policy explains what information ElevateActual, LLC ("ElevateActual", "we", "us") collects through elevateactual.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. It does not cover Salesforce systems we build or support for our clients; those are governed by each client's own agreements and policies.

• Contact and demo request forms. Your name, institution, work email, any link you share (such as a course catalog), and anything you write in your message.
• Meeting bookings. When you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email, and the details you enter, and shares them with us so we can hold the meeting. Calendly's own privacy policy applies to that service.
• Email. If you email us, we keep the message and your contact details.

Information Collected Automatically

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to operate and secure the site. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.

We keep contact and inquiry information for as long as we have a business relationship or a reasonable business need, and then delete it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This website is meant for professionals at institutions and agencies. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
