Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed October 2026

ElevateActual wants everyone to be able to use elevateactual.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology. Many of our clients are public colleges, universities, and agencies with their own accessibility obligations, and we hold our own website to the standard we expect of the work we deliver.

Our Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium.

What We Do

  • Use real headings, landmarks, and labels so pages make sense to screen readers
  • Make every link, button, menu, and form field usable with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator
  • Give meaningful images text alternatives
  • Keep text and background colors at accessible contrast levels
  • Turn off animation when your device asks for reduced motion
  • Build pages that reflow on phones and at high zoom without sideways scrolling
  • Check new pages with automated tools and by hand before they go live

Known Limitations

  • Screenshots of demonstration storefronts contain small text inside the image. Each has a text description, and the storefronts themselves can be opened and explored directly.
  • Links to other websites, such as Calendly, Salesforce AppExchange, and LinkedIn, lead to services we do not control. Their accessibility is the responsibility of those providers.

Salesforce Products

Salesforce documents the accessibility of its own products, including published Accessibility Conformance Reports. When we build on Salesforce for a client, we work within that platform and can help the client's team review accessibility requirements during the project.

Report a Barrier

If something on this site is hard to use, or you need information in another format, email partners@elevateactual.com with the page address and what happened. We will respond within five business days and work with you to provide the information another way while we fix the problem.
